In my story, "Consciously Recognizing Myself," I share my journey with the Alexander Technique. I discuss how I functioned for many years on auto-pilot by only thinking from my neck up. The Alexander Technique taught me how to recognize habits that led to misuse of my body. It also provided me with tools to better navigate my direction. This technique changed my life for the better by promoting ease and balance in activity and by teaching me how to be more aware and conscious of my choices.

Living from the Heart. So many people desire to do this, and many do.
